1. General Policy

Donations made to Amodini Foundation are voluntary contributions to support our charitable initiatives. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors may occur and we strive to handle such situations fairly and transparently.

2. Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

• If you believe you have made a donation in error, or made a duplicate transaction, please notify us within 7 working days of the transaction date.
• After verifying the request, we will process a refund (net of any bank or payment gateway charges, if applicable).
• Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during the donation. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

• If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at hello@amodini.org.
• Please allow at least 7 working days before the next scheduled payment for the cancellation to take effect.
• Amounts already debited before cancellation will not be refunded, except in cases of error.

4. Event Registrations & Programs

• If you register for an event or program and are unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible.
• Refund eligibility (if applicable) will be stated clearly in the event registration terms.
• In most cases, registration fees are non-refundable, but we may allow transfers to another participant or future event at our discretion.

5. Processing of Refunds

Once approved, refunds will typically be processed within 10-15 working days. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be processed electronically to the original source of payment. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Amodini Foundation reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date updated accordingly.
